We
left our site at Birch Bay, WA about 10:30 AM. After topping
off the tank in Lynden, we crossed the border at Sumas, WA at 11:37AM.
I was worried about meat, vegetables, dairy products, dog food, and
were not questioned about any of it. Not even the amount of
alcoholic beverages. More concerned about weapons.
We traveled on to the Thousand Trails Preserve at Cultas Lake,
It is BEAUTIFUL. Of course clear skies and birds singing makes
a difference over the past stops where it has been mostly raining.
It is a cool breezy 75 degrees. Beautiful tall
trees in a mountain valley. The lake is large &
beautiful.
