Seward to River Terrace RV Park in Soldotna. Day 106 and 112

all settled in-1
All settled in.  The river is behind us.
It was another beautiful drive…………arrived around noon
(3 of 7)
The daytime temperatures are still in the low 60s.  Need some sun to melt the snow to increase the river.
Went to Kenai the first day to purchase a freezer for all the fish to be caught
Salmon have not started coming up the river yet so the guys went halibut fishing on 7-11
They were small so only ended up with 21 lbs. of filets.  Looks like the cleaning table Larry built is working fine.
They are removing the skins.

They passed right under our window & could see every hair.

On July 13th we had a  bit of excitement…..a cow moose and 2 calves came into the park

She was determined they follow her across the river, but they were not so sure about that swift current.
She left them on the bank and swam across, came back through the park and back down to the river.
She got them in, but they turned around. After hanging around for a while, they left.
