Today is Epiphany - the day we celebrate the coming of the Wise Men.

The gifts they presented to Jesus help us remember who He is and what He came to do: gold announces that Jesus is King; incense proclaims that He is God; and myrrh recalls the sacrifice He made in payment for our sins. Jesus Christ, the King of Kings, the Son of God, our Savior took on himself our sins and paid for them with his life, death, and resurrection. Through Him we are forgiven and set free from sin.
